PMR Intelligence has completed a new survey on Management Solutions Companies rated by large, blue chip companies in various industry sectors, in corporate South Africa. 158 respondents comprising HR directors and senior management and 536 ratings, were sourced overall. The results are planned for publication in the July 2004 issue of PMR.
Respondents were asked if they had a preferred Management Solutions company, as well as the perceived strengths and weaknesses of the companies they rated.
In the category “Top Management”, the company Anne Pratt & Associates received an overall rating of 4.07 out of a possible 5.00, when rated on 17 service deliverables. This positioned the company as the top rated Management Selection company in South Africa and the winner of the prestigious Golden Arrow Award!
